At Proper & Verified, we prioritize the safe and secure authentication of your valuable collectibles. When submitting items for authentication, please ensure that you carefully package your item(s) to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using sturdy boxes or padded envelopes and securing the items with bubble wrap, foam, or other protective materials. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, and we strongly suggest selecting a trusted carrier such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. For added protection, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, especially for high-value items. Proper & Verified is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during transit if the item is inadequately packaged or shipped without insurance.
Please send your item(s) to the address provided on our website or in your submission instructions. Be sure to include your name, contact information, and any relevant documentation (such as proof of purchase or certificates of authenticity) inside the package. Customers are also responsible for shipping costs associated with both the initial submission and the return of the item(s) after authentication. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs will be billed separately.
Once your item(s) arrive at our office, processing time may vary depending on the service selected, and you will be notified when your item(s) have been authenticated and shipped back to you. For international submissions, please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with shipping. It is important to check with your local customs authorities for any potential charges before submitting items for authentication.
